Another race Cobra and virtually the same spec as the Shelby car, although this one is based on an AC Ace chassis. This one I actually got to see after it was painted and before it got damaged!!
Caterham CSR. The owner wanted to fit a carbon air box to reduce the intake roar this required a hole to be cut and a blister to be made and fitted.

GT40 enlarged front brake ducts
This was a tricky one. A stunning lightweight GT40 needed a thin (0.7mm 22swg) steel skin made and fitted over the top of the original aluminium roof to comply with the original homologation papers.
AC ACE body. Made from scratch in aluminium (1.2mm 18swg) over a jig supplied by the customer
